1. Purpose
These conditions govern the sales of products offered on the website www.blully.com . By placing an order, the customer accepts these T&Cs without reservation.

2. Products
The products sold are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The photographs are not contractual.

3. Orders
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. An order confirmation is sent by email after validation.

4. Price and payment
Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Payment is made using the secure methods offered on the site (Shopify Payments, credit card, etc.).

5. Delivery

• Processing time: 24 to 48 hours.

• Delivery time France/Belgium: 5 to 9 working days.

• International delivery: 7 to 12 working days.
  Blully cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. However, in the event of an abnormal delay, the customer may request a refund of delivery costs.

6. Withdrawal & Returns
Customers have 30 days from receipt to return a product, provided it has not been worn, washed or damaged.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of a defective product or an ordering error.

7. Warranty

9. Applicable law
